Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and im2lazy ("im2lazy", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What im2lazy is

im2lazy is an AI-assisted automation tool for Etsy sellers. It researches market trends, generates digital products (designs, mockups, listing copy and delivery files) and publishes them as listings to your own Etsy shop, using Etsy's official API and the authorization you grant during shop connection. You remain the seller of record on Etsy at all times; im2lazy never sells anything on its own behalf through your shop.

im2lazy is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Etsy, Inc."Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your shop and every listing published to it, including listings generated by im2lazy. Review what the engine produces; you can edit or delete any draft before and after it goes live.
  • You must comply with Etsy's Terms of Use, Seller Policy and Creativity Standards, and with all laws that apply to you.
  • You may not use im2lazy to produce unlawful content or content that infringes trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual-property rights. The platform enforces a trademark/brand blacklist during generation, but automated filters are not perfect — the final responsibility for what you publish is yours.
  • Keep your account credentials safe. One account per person; you may not resell or share access to the service.

3. AI disclosure — always on

Every listing published through im2lazy automatically includes a disclosure that the product was created with AI assistance. This disclosure cannot be disabled or removed through the service.It exists to keep your shop compliant with Etsy's Creativity Standards and honest with buyers, and it is a condition of using im2lazy.

4. Credits and plans

  • 1 credit = 1 generated product (research, design, mockups, copy and Etsy draft included).
  • If a generation fails, the reserved credit is automatically refunded to your wallet.
  • Subscription credits are granted monthly (yearly plans receive their credits as a monthly drip). Credits from one-time packs are added immediately.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits expire when your account is deleted, and plan credits stop being granted when a subscription ends per the plan terms.
  • When a subscription is cancelled, your plan and existing credits keep working until the end of the paid period; afterwards your account moves to the Free plan.

5. Payments

Payments, taxes and invoicing are handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service;
  • circumvent credit accounting, free-grant limits or plan limits (including via multiple accounts);
  • use the service to spam Etsy, manipulate marketplace search or violate Etsy's API terms;
  • upload or generate malicious, deceptive or unlawful content.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, for Etsy compliance or for the service itself. Where reasonable we will warn you first. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account; deletion removes your tenant data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that generated products will sell, rank in Etsy search or be error-free, nor that the service will be uninterrupted. AI-generated content can be imperfect; review before you rely on it. Nothing in the service is legal, tax or business advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, im2lazy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the im2lazy operating entity is established, which will be specified here upon incorporation. Until then, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
