Refund Policy

Payments for im2lazy are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which issues your invoice and executes any refund back to your original payment method. This policy explains when we approve refunds.

1. Subscriptions — 14-day window

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of a subscription charge (first payment or renewal).
  • If the subscription period is unused — no credits from that charge were spent — we refund the charge in full.
  • If some credits were used, we assess the request pro-rata: the value of consumed credits (at the plan's effective per-credit rate) is deducted from the refund.
  • After 14 days, charges are non-refundable; you can still cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the paid period.

2. Credit packs

  • One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days only while fully unused.
  • Once any credit from a pack is consumed, the pack is non-refundable. Generated products cannot be "returned" — the compute and publishing work has already happened.

3. Credit clawback on refunds

When a charge is refunded, the credits it granted are removed from your wallet. If you already spent some of those credits, your wallet balance may go negative; new generations stay paused until the balance is positive again. This is by design — a refund undoes the purchase, including the credits it bought.

4. Failed generations

You never need a refund for a failed generation: credits reserved for a product that fails to generate are returned to your wallet automatically, usually within minutes.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with the invoice or payment reference (visible in the Dodo Payments billing portal, reachable from Settings → Billing). We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are executed by Dodo Payments and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
